THE LINK INTERNATIONAL
Founded in 2019 by Kaief K-JAY Spencer The Link International was launched to break away from the ordinary. Frustrated by the tired Vancouver DJ setups and the same old playlists, he envisioned creating an event company that would celebrate individuality and diversity. His idea was simple yet powerful, link cultures, people, and music to create authentic experiences that are a true reflection of their hosts.
Our belief is that sound exists everywhere and the vibrations should always be positive. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or private celebration, there should never be a dull moment. Music connects us in ways that cannot be explained by words. It lifts spirits and brings people together. It’s always there when you need it, during heartfelt toasts, electrifying dance-offs, or those spontaneous sing-alongs in the kitchen

MEET THE TEAM
K-JAY
I’m Kaief K-JAY Spencer and I was born in Toronto, Canada but raised in the close-knit community of Saint John's, Antigua & Barbuda. Growing up, music and celebration were always at the heart of our gatherings and I quickly learned the value of this for our community. When I moved to Vancouver in 2014, I was determined to carry this tradition with me. So, I founded The Link International, an events company, in 2019, as a way to connect individuals through music and entertainment.
Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of DJing at events of all sizes and embraced a wide range of cultures and backgrounds – from South Asian to Caribbean to North American. My experience spans across Canada, the US, and select destination weddings, where I always strive to create an atmosphere that feels authentic to each celebration.

Support team
For larger or more complex events in Vancouver, especially those that run over six hours, you might see an extra TLI team member on-site to help things run more smoothly. This could mean anything from setup and teardown to handling equipment and managing AV needs. Our support staff are essential in making sure that our talented wedding DJs can focus on what they do best! Keeping your crowd entertained and the energy high from start to finish.
